The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed-price, personal services contract for Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) Clinical Social Worker for 51st Medical Group, Osan Air Base, Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 September 2024 – 31 August 2025 (base period), plus four (1) one-year option periods.

The contract personnel support the Air Force 51st Medical Group PCBH by providing continuing and comprehensive mental and behavioral health care for individuals, families, and groups. The Clinical Social Worker shall function in a specialty mental health clinic or in a patient centered medical home (PCMH) location as a behavioral health consultant (BHC).

Required qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Degree/Education: The Clinical Social Worker shall possess a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) from an accredited school.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: The Clinical Social Worker shall possess and maintain throughout the course of the contract a current, active, valid, unrestricted (with no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions) state license to practice psychology in any one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The Clinical Social Worker shall possess and maintain throughout the course of the contract a current certification in either the American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Course C or the American Red Cross CPR/BLS course as required by AFI 44-102, Community Health Management, Tables 1.1 through 1.6. The MTF will provide BLS refresher courses.

Experience: Clinical Social Worker shall have at least one (1) year of experience with assessing and providing evidence-based individual counseling to patients within a mental health or health care facility within five (5) years.

의료 준비 계약 사무소 – 태평양은 한국 오산 공군기지 51번째 의료 그룹에 대한 PCBH(Primary Care Behavior Health) 임상 사회복지사에 대한 고정 가격 개인 서비스 계약을 요청할 예정입니다. 이 요구 사항은 2024년 9월 1일부터 2025년 8월 31일(기준 기간)까지 수행 기간과 1년 옵션 기간 4개입니다.

계약직 직원은 개인, 가족 및 그룹에 대한 지속적이고 포괄적인 정신 및 행동 건강 관리를 제공함으로써 공군 51 의료 그룹 PCBH를 지원합니다. 임상 사회복지사는 행동 건강 컨설턴트(BHC)로서 전문 정신 건강 클리닉 또는 환자 중심 의료 가정(PCMH) 위치에서 기능해야 합니다.

필수 자격에는 다음이 포함되지만 이에 제한되지는 않습니다:

학위/교육: 임상 사회복지사는 공인된 학교에서 사회복지교육협의회(CSWE)가 완전히 인증한 사회복지 대학원에서 사회복지 석사(M.S.W.) 학위를 취득해야 합니다.

면허/인증/등록: 임상사회복지사는 계약 과정 동안 미국 50개 지역, 컬럼비아 특별구, 푸에르토리코 연방, 괌 또는 미국령 버진아일랜드에서 심리학을 실습할 수 있는 현재의, 활동적이고, 유효하며, 제한 없이(제한, 규정 또는 보류 중인 부작용 없는) 주 면허를 보유하고 유지해야 합니다.

3.근무시간 : 미국공휴일을 따라 주당근무는 40시간이며, 연간의무근무시간은 1,920시간입니다

4. 담당업무 및 인원 : 임상사회복지사 Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) Clinical Social Worker 1명

5.지원자격: 미군병원에서 미국인 환자의 진료 업무를 수행할 수 있는 영어소통 능력의 경력자로 나이와 무관합니다
